Returns & Exchanges

At Redu Sculpt, we want you to love our products as much as we do, and we’re committed to your satisfaction. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or needs. Should you need to return an item, please review the following terms:

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Experience Team at [email protected] within this window.

  • Return Process: We will provide you with a Return Authorization Form once we receive your request. This form must be included with your returned item. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and we recommend keeping your tracking details as we are not responsible for lost packages.

  • Processing Time: After receiving your return at our warehouse, please allow 3-7 business days for processing. Once your return is complete, you will receive an email confirmation. Processing times may be longer during busy periods.

  • Refund Details: Once the return is approved after inspection, your refund will be credited to your original form of payment, excluding shipping charges. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. Depending on your financial institution's policies, please allow 1 billing cycle for the refund to reflect.

Note: Items that do not meet the stated return conditions will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and it is at our discretion to determine whether the return request will be fulfilled.

  • Returned items must be in "like new" condition, free of wear, damage, or alterations. Items showing signs of wear or missing parts may be subject to partial refunds or denial.

  • All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). To receive an RMA, please email us at [email protected] with your name, order number, or a copy of your order. Once the RMA is issued, the return address will be provided.

  • Personalized items, refurbished devices, and final sale products are not eligible for returns.

  • Returns must have proof of purchase to be allowed.

  • Shipping, Tax & Duties and handling fees,  are non-refundable.

  • A 15% restocking fee applies to all returned items.

  • Excessive or unreasonable returns may result in future returns or transactions being rejected at our discretion.

"Like new" means the product must be free from visible defects such as scratches, dents, or stains. It should include all original accessories and packaging in good condition.

We currently don't offer exchanges for international orders. If you'd like a different product, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of delivery. Depending on the circumstances, we'll work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund.

Refunds will be issued for the items you return. Any items that are not returned will not be eligible for a refund and will not be included in the refund amount.

Shipping & Delivery

Yes, you can update your shipping address before your order ships from our warehouse. To do this, simply contact our customer service team at [email protected]

Address Change Timing:

  • If your order is placed before 11 AM EST on a business day, the change of address must be requested before 11 AM EST the same day.

  • If your order is placed in the afternoon on a business day, the change must be requested before 11 AM EST the following business day.

  • For orders placed on Fridays after 11 AM EST, weekends, or holidays, address changes cannot be processed before the shipment.

Please note that once the order has shipped, the address cannot be changed.


We process orders within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Processing times may vary during peak seasons. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

We ship through FedEx, DHL, and USPS.

  • Canada: Delivery usually takes 5-11 business days. Please note that times may vary depending on the carrier and during peak seasons.

  • Australia: Delivery usually takes 10-15 business days. Please note that times may vary depending on the carrier and during peak seasons.

  • United Kingdom: Delivery usually takes 5-8 business days. Please note that times may vary depending on the carrier and during peak seasons.

Shipping rates are calculated based on your location. To see an estimate of the shipping cost, please proceed to the checkout page.

If your tracking link shows the package as delivered but you have yet to receive it, check with household members, neighbors, and around your property. Contact your local courier to confirm the delivery status. We do not process refunds for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

We currently offer shipping within the U.S. and to select international destinations, including Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom.

No, Redu Sculpt is an online-only store. Make purchases through our website redusculpt.com to avoid counterfeit products

Customers have a window of 7 days from the delivery date to report a lost package. Reports made after this period will not be eligible for investigation or compensation.

We do not process refunds for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. Redu Sculpt is not responsible for these packages. 

We reserve the right to review cases at our discretion based on individual circumstances. If you believe your situation warrants further review, please contact our Customer Care Team at [email protected] for assistance.

If the order ships to the wrong address or the carrier cannot fulfill the delivery (e.g., unable to locate the address or recipient is unavailable to receive the package), the carrier will attempt delivery three times. If unsuccessful, the order status will be changed to “Return to Sender”.

For Re-shipments:

  • If you want a re-shipment, we can re-ship the order as soon as the status is confirmed as "Return to Sender."

  • Please note that an additional shipping fee will apply for re-shipment. Redu Sculpt is not responsible for extra shipping costs resulting from address or delivery issues caused by the recipient.

For Refunds:

  • If you prefer a refund instead of a re-shipment, a refund will only be processed once we receive the item from the carrier and the status changes from “Return to Sender” to "Delivered."

  • Please note that the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund, as Redu Sculpt is not responsible for address or delivery issues caused by the recipient.

Additional Notes:

  • Please note that the re-shipment or refund process may take time. This delay is dependent on the carrier, and we are not responsible for the time required for this process.

  • We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered shipments due to incorrect address information. Refunds are not provided for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier on the first three delivery attempts.

Payments

Your payment and personal details are always secure with us. We use SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) software to encrypt all sensitive information, such as credit card numbers, names, and addresses, ensuring that they remain protected.

We accept debit/credit cards, PayPal, GooglePay, CashApp, and installment options via AfterPay and Shop Pay (Affirm). Payment options available in your country will be displayed at checkout.

For immediate payments, your card will be charged once authorized, and you’ll receive a confirmation email. For Buy Now, Pay Later options like Shop Pay or AfterPay, you'll receive an invoice with payment details within 24 hours.

What you’re seeing is likely an authorization hold by your bank to ensure you have sufficient funds. This hold will be released once the payment is processed successfully.

To pay with a gift card:

To apply a promo code to your order, follow these steps:

If you file a dispute or chargeback with your bank, it typically takes at least 75 days to resolve. Please note that during this period, any processes initiated with us (such as returns, exchanges, or warranty claims) will be paused until a decision is reached by the bank.

Subscription Program

When you sign up for a Redu Sculpt Subscription, you'll be charged automatically for each order until you either cancel or pause your subscription.

No, it's up to you to manage their subscription and skip unwanted orders. Changes must be made four days before the next shipment to pause, skip, or delay the order. Otherwise, the products will be shipped as scheduled.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription anytime through your customer portal. If you're unsure how to access it, please contact our support team at [email protected], and they’ll send you a direct link to your portal to cancel.

If you choose to cancel your discounted subscription before the second order, the difference between the discounted subscription rate and the regular rate will be applied to your account. 

When you choose the Subscribe & Save option, you’re already getting our biggest available discount. Please note that this offer can’t be combined with other promotions.

This Guarantee does not apply to any non-branded products. Redu Sculpt does not warrant that the operation of its products will be uninterrupted or error-free. Redu Sculpt is not responsible for damage arising from failure to follow instructions relating to the product’s use.

For Customers, who are covered by consumer protection laws or regulations in their country of purchase or, if different, their country of residence, the benefits conferred by this Guarantee are in addition to all rights and remedies conveyed by such consumer protection laws and regulations, including but not limited to these additional rights. For a full understanding of your rights, you should consult the laws of your country, province, or state.

Any missing item from an order must be reported within 5 business days of delivery. Any complaints made after this period will not qualify for replacement or refund. Customers are responsible for inspecting their orders upon delivery and reporting any issues within the specified timeframe.

Device

Redu Sculpt is a 3-in-1 body sculpting device that combines red-light therapy, sculpting therapy, and vacuum therapy to target and sculpt your body. It smooths, tightens, and tones the skin while rejuvenating its appearance by using red and near-infrared light, sculpting steel heads, and vacuum suction.

Redu Sculpt helps tone and tighten your figure, smooth skin, and rejuvenate your appearance. By combining 3 medical-grade technologies in one, it stimulates collagen production, breaks down fat cells, and enhances skin texture, offering a convenient and effective solution to contour and tone any problem area from home.

For best results, we recommend using it at least 4 times a week.

To use the device, follow these steps: 

  1. Attach the contour cups by aligning the gap on the cups to the rectangular notches on the device, then twist right to secure.

  2. Apply Oil

    1. For daytime use, apply Vitamin C Oil. 

    2. For nighttime use, apply Retinol Oil. 

  3. Turn on the device and adjust the intensity using the "+" and "-" icons. 

    1. Press the flower icon to pause. 

    2. Press “AIR RELEASE” to stop therapy effect. 

  4. Gently glide the device on the targeted area for 5-15 minutes.

  5. Repeat on other desired areas.

Yes, Redu Sculpt is FDA-registered, non-invasive, and painless. It is designed for at-home use and is backed by proven results.

Results vary based on individual skin types and conditions. However, users generally start to notice improvements in skin texture and elasticity within a few weeks of regular use.

  • Store the device in the gray velvet pouch included in the kit.

  • Only use the charger block and cord that comes with the device.

  • Do not submerge the device in water.

  • Cleanse the device and its cups after every use with a wipe, cloth, or slightly moistened towel.

For maximum suction power, you must charge the device for 4 hours. 

Once fully charged, the battery life lasts 1 hour and 30 minutes.

You can use the device on your abdomen, waist, legs, thighs, glutes, arms, and calves. Avoid using it on sensitive areas like the face or neck. Always follow the provided instructions for safe and effective usage.

We recommend using any of our proprietary gels or oils in your pre and post-massage regimen. Formulated to enhance massage treatment, they facilitate device maneuverability and maximize its effectiveness.

No, don't use the device on dry skin. Always apply the Vitamin C Oil or Retinol Oil (if you're using it at night) before you start your session. 

It can be used before or after your workout, whichever is most convenient for you.

Accesories

The filters are gray, circular patches designed to absorb excess oil or gel left on the skin or device during use. Replace the filters when you notice a reduction in suction power.

If you notice the suction power starts to weaken even though the device is completely charged, that means that your filter needs to be replaced. To swap the filter simply remove the gray plastic cover that’s in the center of the device, then remove the used filter and simply replace it with a new filter. 

To replace the filter:

  1. Remove the plastic circular cover at the center of the device.

  2. Take out the used filter and replace it with a new one.

  3. Reattach the plastic cover, ensuring it is secured correctly.

  • Large Cup: Designed to treat larger regions like the abdomen, waist, legs, thighs, and glutes.

  • Small Cup: Designed to treat more precision areas like the arms and calves.

Cleanse the device and its cups after each use with a wipe, cloth, or slightly moistened towel.

To put on the contour cup, align the gap on the cup with the rectangular notches on the device, then twist right to secure. To remove it, twist the cup left and gently lift it off the device.

Each cup has three suction gaps. Start by aligning these gaps with the three small rectangular notches on the device's head. Once aligned, the cup will lock into the device. Then, twist it to the right to secure it in place.

Therapies

If not used as instructed, the vacuum therapy feature on our device may cause temporary bruising, discomfort, or irritation. To minimize these effects, we recommend using one of our enhancing gels or oils before use.

Red-light therapy is generally safe and well-tolerated. However, you might experience minor skin irritation, such as redness. To prevent this, we recommend applying one of our enhancing gels or oils before use.

If it isn't used as directed, you may experience temporary discomfort or bruising. To reduce these effects, consider applying our enhancing gels or oils before use.

No, the device does not utilize radio frequency technology. 

Gels & Oils

We recommend starting with one of our oils and massaging it in circular motions before use (note: use the Vitamin C Oil in the morning and the Retinol Oil at night). After your session, apply the desired gel.

  1. Vitamin C Oil: apply during the day before your session.

  2. Retinol Oil: apply at night before your session.

Both oils can be applied to the abdomen, legs, arms, glutes, back, and thighs. 

They are intended for body use only and are not suitable for facial application.

The gels can be applied to any targeted area after you finish your session. The choice of gel depends on your specific goals and the desired outcome for each area.

We recommend only using one gel at a time. Combining different gels may reduce their effectiveness and interfere with their intended results.

None of our gels or oils leave stains. Ensure they are fully absorbed if you plan to wear clothing over the area.

No, they are not suitable for facial application, it is specifically formulated for body use only.

Yes, our formulas are suitable for all skin types including normal, dry, oily, combination, and sensitive skin. However, if you have any specific skin conditions, it's best to consult your dermatologist before use.

The Vitamin C Oil is a daytime oil formulated with Vitamin C, Rosehip Oil, Apricot Kernel Oil, Grapefruit Seed Oil, and other natural oils to improve skin appearance, firm the belly, tighten the skin, stimulate collagen production, and reduce water retention while smoothing cellulite.

Our Vitamin C Oil is specially formulated to tighten and tone your skin, improving its appearance and enhancing results. Regular body oils won't provide the same benefits as our Vitamin C Oil due to their different ingredients.

It is recommended to take two capsules daily with a glass of water. Please follow the instructions on the label or consult your healthcare provider.

The Beauty Boost Supplement contains collagen derived from animal sources, so it is not suitable for vegetarians or vegans.

Teas

  • Step 1: Boil or heat 8 oz of water for about 1-2 minutes.
